How to Pay for Therapy

Private Pay

Standard rate for a 50 minute session is $150.

I have a limited number of spots available on a sliding scale.  The minimum session fee for a sliding scale spot is $75.  Your sliding scale fee is determined by multiplying your annual household gross income  by .001.  For example, if your household annual gross income is $75,000, you would take 75,000 x .001 = $75.  You can submit recent pay stubs for wage earners in your household or page 1 of your previous year's tax form (with data blacked out) to verify your sliding scale fee.  Reach out to me if you'd like to see if a sliding scale spot is available.

A benefit of using the private pay option is that no billing information or diagnostic code is shared with any other entity.

In our initial phone consultation, we’ll check your insurance benefits. I work with most insurance companies including Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, Florida Blue, Carelon, Medicare and Medicaid.
